I should have mentioned EuroMotorCars in Bethesda, MD is the dealer who doesn't charge extra for diesels.

Euromotors in Bethesda, MD. I got the "I have people not making anything on this deal" speech but I A) don't believe it, think they are making about $1,500 at least and B) don't really care, I am not looking to make friends, I just want to buy a car. They offered me $49,500 on a $57,465 car that they had coming in next week. The guys reason was that it would not cost him any transportation cost (my car is coming from over a 1,000 miles away) and that it would be a simple transaction. That was with the higher money factor too. MD payments totaled $751.25 with nothing down. If you want I can send you the details of that offer. This trend is so dead. I haven't gotten any feedback.

I have a different opinion, EUROMOTORCARS has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Even in dealing with the general manager to get my issues resolved as ineffective. This is truly not the type of service that one would expect from a Mercedes Dealership. I will never patronize this business again, I will take the drive to Silver Spring or Virginia to avoid this dealership. Many of my co-workers also have recieved poor customer service from this dealer. BEWARE!!!

I honestly have to say this is the best Mercedes dealership on the east coast. They will go above and beyond for their customers because customer satisfaction is #1. I purchased my 2000 S500 there and they have always taken care of my G-Wagen when i bring it in. Unlike a lot of benz dealerships, they are not snobby or mean. They do have the best loaner cars, before they had an on-site enterprise rental car which rented out chryslers and ford SUVs for free. But now they have new 2001 E class and M class rental cars, which i think is very neat. They have a wide selection of Mercedes and i would recommend it to anyone.

I bypassed two closer MB dealers to purchase three MBs from this dealership. It is by far the best MB dealer in the WDC area and I can't speak highly enough for it's superior customer service. It starts with sales (Gregg Eisenber) and ends with Peter Gregori in service. These people know how to take care of their customers...tell them Bill Shaw sent you. :-)
