Mind that only white is listed on the dealer web site: byersmazdasubaru. Brown's Alexandria Mazda 7400 Richmond Hwy. Alexandria, VA 22306 has four touring Mazda5 with manual transmission: Brown's Alexandria Mazda Rosenthal Mazda of Arlington and Rosenthal Mazda of Gaithersburg have couple of "call for transmission" Mazda5 that might be touring with manual. Also, it seems that Mazda5 touring with MT (as well as white, blue and black Mazda5 with MT ) were only available during the first production cycle and at least currently cannot be ordered. Shinka Pricing in LA: by emeraldhue on Wed Sep 21 12:07:10 PDT 2005; I just bought a Shinka 6sp MT from Claremont Ford/Mazda last week for $29,000 even in LA. The Shinka, with extra optional packages, had an MSRP of $34,5##. I did not need to haggle because I gave them a price to beat from another dealership. I don't know if they have any left. Browning Auto Group from Cerritos (also in LA) had a few left. They had a ad for $5000 off the sticker price (which includes the $1000 rebate from Mazda if you finance with MAC). So if you live near LA and want to buy a brand new Shinka, check out those two dealerships. Don't bother with the dealership in Alhambra. When I took Browning's offer to them, a sales manager accused me of lying! I even called Browning back and had them repeat their offer over the phone (I held my phone next to the sales manager's ear), he simply said he didn't hear anything. A total jerk...can't do business with this kind of attitude. :(

DC area buyer: by apierreb on Sun Oct 26 14:12:09 PST 2003; Went to Brown's Fairfax and they wanted nearly 20k and started playing pricing games. Is there a reputable DC area dealership that won't play games and give me a good deal? Money is a huge issue so I'm willing to to go 100 miles to get a good price. I'm driving a Sentra w/ a MT but I'm thinking of switching to AT.
