No--Indiana sales tax of 7% was added as were the titling fees charged by the state. At registration, Indiana residents also pay the county excise tax on the vehicle. I took advantage of Mazda's 1.9-3.9% financing incentive, too.

That is correct--destination charge was included. There were no additional fees beyond what the state and county charges for tax/title/registration.
Red GT from Northern Indiana

From: Kennedy Mazda in Valparaiso, IN (far suburban Chicago) Mazda5 Grand Touring in Copper Red Options: Mirror w/Homelink and compass rear bumper guard cargo cover all-weather floormats Took the special financing: 1.9/3.9 Price including options: $22,450 Had to wait just less than a month for them to track down the color I wanted. The dealership was easy to work with--especially liked the sales manager. I was very pleased with the price. I almost feel guilty knowing how much our Canadian cousins are paying. However, I do owe several hundred dollars in medical bills at the moment...maybe, I don't feel so bad.

Look up the wholesale price used of the vehicle with 14000 miles on it on kbb.com and edmunds.com. Iff it is a true low mi (200) new 07 try to get it within 1000 or so of that price. Also get 10 bids via internet on the 08 towards the end of the month if possible and see what the best picture is on the 08 for comparison. --jjf I can get a "new" 07 Speed3 S with no options (which is what I want) for $21K. Is this a good deal?

Picked up an 08 Sport AWD today for 249.00 a month for 27 months, 12,000 mi. per year. Put down 1,500.00 and the dealer picked up the two remaining payments on my 05 Mazda 6. Veh. stickered at 26828 they gave me 1000.00 rebate and I had a 500.00 rebate as a current leasee. I thought it was a pretty good deal.
