As a data point, I purchased a similar GT AWD with towing package for 35K in MA. (inclusive of all rebates, TT extra). In my opinion, take the lower price package without the NAV as it is not worth the extra 1,600.

Purchased a 2012 Mazda5 Touring with moon roof/audio package, rear bumper guard, cargo net, wheel locks and all-weather floor mats for $21,364 (MSRP: $23,300, Invoice: $21,759). Location: Gallo Mazda, Worcester, MA, June 2011. Buying experience was excellent, and very happy with purchase.

I listed the options... Nav, Bose/Moonroof, and power lift gate. Plus it had some dealer stuff like wheel locks, roof rack, and chrome bumber step. Again, sticker was $39,500. No, it was not a demo. I took delivery with 204mi on it. Deal was done at Tasca Mazda in Seekonk, MA.
