I went with the standard options. They put wheel locks on all cars so that's an added $50. The window msrp was $18180. I requested offers from Va (northern Va, Richmond, Fredericksburg) , College Park, Owings Mills and Frederick MD. I solicited enough dealerships IMHO to feel I got a good deal for this area. I found Fitzmall to be a good starting point. No dealer could beat them (without a hassle) until Ourisman underbid them significantly. If you decide to go to Ourisman make sure you deal with Ben Stark and mention my name (if you feel like it ;) ) I get something for sending them business...forget what it was now.
Galaxy Grey Hatchback

I am purchasing a Galaxy Grey hatch from Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Frederick MD. The model I am getting is the Touring with 5AT and 6 CD / moonroof package. I was quoted an out the door price of $20,928. The dealer is finding the car I want and I should be purchasing next week. So far the process has been very easy with no pressure and quick replies to all questions.

Just purchased my 2006 Mazda 6i today! It has the Rear Lip Spoiler, Cargo Net, Convenience package, and Frt/RR Side Airbags in Tungsten Gray. Bought it from Fitzgerald in MD. They have a system where you do not haggle they simply have their lowest possible price advertised...That said That price was $18,677--Great Deal IMO, with TTF it was 20,099 then I purchased the extended warranty...What do you think? I think it was definetly a decent deal the $2000 rebate from Mazda really helped me out! :)

I live in NE MD & I found a dealer in Bel Air who was willing to help me & has been great, so far, to work with. Earlier, a dealership in DE couldn't find ANY w/sports pkg., so the MD dealer atleast found one...maybe it was in Annapolis or Frederick? Anyway, I've pretty much decided to wait for an '04, which my dealer told me he could get for me at invoice...and then I'll have exactly what I want. Now I just have to find some official, NA photos so that I can see exaclty what I'm getting. Thanks again.

Don't know where you are in Md. but have you tried either of the Fitzgerald dealerships in Annapolis or Frederick. They both show MPVs for a little under invoice on the website. Of course they may not have exactly what you're looking for, but they appear to be a couple of hundred below even after the cash back.
