Re: 2012 MAZDA3 i Hatchback Touring Pricing [radius480] by igozoomzoom on Sat Dec 31 05:34:58 PST 2011

We need some additional to determine whether $19,400 is a good deal…or not. Are you looking at the i Touring 5-door with Automatic or Manual Transmission? Does it have any options? Is $19,400 the price before sales tax & tag/title fees or does it include those? Where are you located (state)? Incentives and pricing vary by location…. Just as an example, the best price in my area (Atlanta, GA) for the i Touring 5-door Automatic is around $18,450.

Re: Anyone purchase at invoice price? [languedoctor] by secondmazda on Sun Oct 23 15:18:34 PDT 2011

Good deal. I picked up on Friday a 2012 silver 3 iTouring 4-door 5-speed manual (MZR engine, not the Skyactiv engine) for $16,995 out the door, including the $500 Mazda loyalty rebate, plates being UPS'ed to me and a full tank of gas in the car. I'd have loved to buy the Skyactiv version, but they're only just now hitting lots in my neck of the woods and this deal -- roughly $1,700 below invoice (not including the loyalty rebate) -- was too good to pass up. If our experience is any indication, below-invoice purchases can be had on the "base" I and S models, at least with the 5-speed manual, especially if one solicits bids from multiple dealers. I suspect, though, that the dealers will be holding firm near MSRP for the Skyactiv models. In the meantime, I'm quite happy with my purchase.

2012 Mazda3 i Sport by lookingmz3 on Sun Oct 02 18:38:09 PDT 2011

Anyone have any luck on buying the 2012 MZ3 i Sport Automatic in September? Lowest offer in the Atlanta, GA area was $18227 OTD (new tag and everything). Should I take this deal or can I get it lower?

sky active by calculate on Sun Sep 25 07:57:25 PDT 2011

sorry. . . one more question. Have been trying to find out if the sky active will be here in October. Most dealers done seem to have a clue. Then when i tell them that i spoke to headquarters and have been told they will be available that soon, the dealers say that Headquarters doesn't know what they are talking about! And of course they have no idea if the sky active will cost more. I am tryng to figure out if it would pay to wait . . . gas savings versus possible extra cost of car. Thanks

Pre-owned 2010 CX-9 AWD Touring by nprseeker on Wed Jun 01 10:31:28 PDT 2011

I am looking at a Pre-owned 2010 CX-9 AWD Touring Black on Black with 23000 miles for $25,700. This AWD CX-9 was a rental in Colorado. I haven't really negotiated on the price yet. The dealer had it listed for $29,775 and during our second visit came down to $25,700. I have a trade on which I maybe getting $500 less than what I should be. The vehicle looks reasonably clean and drives OK. The car-fax didn't pull up any damage reports either. Is buying an ex-rental a good idea for that price. what would a good price be given the circumstances. We live in the deep south and don't really need the AWD feature. How much does that effect the gas mileage. Any suggestions would be a great help
