Really good experience

Pros:

Everything went smoothly

Cons:

delivery took longer than expected

We bought a new Corolla from Harr.  The entire transaction was handled professionally, and they were especially helpful in arranging the financing.  I was also impressed with the trade in allowance.

Outstanding accountability and fairness

Pros:

Fair and accountable, great service, friendly and willing to deal with a knowledgeable buyer.

Cons:

I did spend a little too much time picking up the car as they got it ready.

In our initial negotiations we had a misunderstanding on whether I wanted a new 2007 or a new 2008.  I thought I was negotiating on a 2008...they thought a 2007.  They searched and found a 2007, had it transported in from another state and were ready to put on my specific options and when I came ...
