Consumer beware!!! I brought my 06 Hyundai Sonata in for service here. This was the second time I had to bring it in for the same issues. Check engine, and airbag lights both on. The next day, Craig from service called to tell me the car had been repaired, and was ready to pick up. After work, my wife and I arrived at the dealership, I retrieved the keys from the service attendant, but the car had problems starting. When I finally got it to start after many attempts, I noticed that the engine light and the airbag light were still illuminated, and the car was running erratically. I went back into the dealership, and asked the attendant why the car had not been repaired. She told me to call the service manager in the morning, and closed the window. I could not believe that after having this car on two occasions for over 48 hours, they still did not perform the required repairs. As I was leaving the dealership, walking through the sales showroom, I came across two potential customers, and told them to never do business with this dealership, and if they did, to get their car serviced elsewhere. As I was getting into my car in the parking lot, a tall Arabic man came running at me as if to accost me, screaming for me to get the hell out of here, or he would kill me. All of this was caught on their surveillance camera. He came within inches and threatened to kill me if I ever came back there again. My wife ran over to my aid, thinking I was going to be killed! I later found that this man is the Sales Manager, Said Bousbaa. He was furious that I could have ruined a sale with the two customers there. While all of this was transpiring, the General Manager, Jim Crowley, sat at his desk, and did nothing. Many calls to Scott Dube, the owner of the company, have gone unanswered.
