This is the way that buying a car should be! We had no intention of buying a vehicle when we stopped to look at a Highlander that caught our eye. We were approached by sales while in the "lot", he answered our questions, asked if we would like to take it for a test drive, we went for a quick ride, went back in discussed trade-in, got number back from the sales manager, and agreed to the terms. It was a fair deal all the way around, and without the haggling over $500 here or there. The sales person and manager were honest and upfront with the pricing...which makes this experience a positive one! While we could have saved $500 by negotiating further, it comes down to the fact it was a fair deal on price for new vehicle ($700 over invoice) and fair value on the trade. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who asks!
