I have brought my A4 to this dealer since it was new. I did not like the dealer I purchased the car from so I switched to Westwood. Great experiance with them. They are by far one of the most professional, helpful and tech savy dealers I have ever done business with. They make you feel important as soon as you pull in. Their prices for service are competitive with other dealers. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. My 2006 A4 Quattro now has 167,588 miles on it and Westwood has provided the service for 162,000 of those miles. To date I have spent about $5,800 in maint & repairs on the car including 2 sets of tires. I have them change the oil & filter every 5000 miles and then follow the maint book as best I can. Let's face it. Audi's are expensive luxury cars filled with high technology so it is expected that you will pay more for maint & repairs than a non-luxury car. I figure that my maint/repair costs are 3.4 cents per mile so far. Not to bad for any car let alone an Audi. I highly recomend this dealership.
