Wellesley Mazda

I especially appreciated the patience of Bill I in helping me to understand Mazda car classifications' jargon. I am not knowledgeable in the least with these types of car classifications; I do not comprehend well mechanical jargon or new technical devises - especially related to the newest computer jargon - in ALL - Bill was extremely patient, a very good listener, excellent at trying to get on to my "wave length" and when we connected, a very good and thorough teacher about all matters: Mazdaisms, mechanicalisms, and computerisms. In my several trips to Mazda Wellesley Bill was consistently prepared, emailed me in advance, and throughout all facets of my working with him towards making a good decision Bill was extremely helpful and insightful. On a 1-10 Scale I would rate Bill I as an outstanding 10 !!
