terrible service for new 2007 tl

Pros:

free pick up delivery (by stinky driver who smelled up car with cheap after shave)

Cons:

charges for service never performed

Cons:

Expensive and not convinced they did the work you paid to have done.

I had a problem with my MDX and its torque converter.  This apparently is not an uncommon problem with the MDX.  Indeed, Acura apparently had extended  the warranty on the transmission including torque converter which expired at 100,000 miles.  I first identified the problem at about 90,000 miles...

Bad Service...Don't Go There

Neglecting to tell customers of vadalism is not acceptable

I went there for routine service. Every other time I went there they were very helpful and polite. Would be a five star rating if not for the following incident.
