Aggressive service rep. Refused to perform service as per Owner's Manual. Insisted on performing a lot more service for a lot more money. We also got a $500+ quote to repair a cracked exhaust. We took it to Midas. They jacked up the car and said the exhaust was fine. Saved us $500! -
