I went in on a Saturday to look at the Kia Soul. I spent all day Saturday from 10-4pm there because I kept waiting for the sales man to run and get figures back/forth w/the manager. We finally settled on a price, shook hands and I started completing the paperwork. I gave them $100 down towards the price of the car. Then they start changing the deal on me and re-adjusting the figures. They explain that they will work on my financing options and get back to me on Monday. I get upset and go back to them on Sunday to just ask for my $100 back. I am told that the office is closed and I need to come back Monday. I go in on Monday and after waiting 1 hour for my sales guy, I am told that I need to get my money from the finance guy. So now I wait another hour for the finance guy because he was in a meeting. The finance guy tells me to come back tomorrow explaining that he couldn't just write a simple check out and that there was some kind of "process". So I go back on Tuesday and am told I have to wait and come back again Wednesday to get my money. Do you think I could test drive one of their vehicles and just keep them waiting for me to return it for several DAYS? Of course not that would be considered stealing a car. So I am telling you that they stole $100 from me! My advice to anyone looking at doing business w/them is to keep away and go elsewhere.
