I was in the market for a new vehicle as my 98 Saturn Wagon with 175, 000 miles developed a cracked cylinder head and was spouting oil. I had heard good things about the Subaru Outback. Initially my husband stopped in to ask about the Outback and spoke with Jerome. He said that Jerome was very hepful, and that he felt comfortable speaking with him, so when we went back together to look at the vehicles, we asked for Jerome. I was interested in the Outback and had a lot of questions. Jerome was extremely patient in answering all of my questions, and in explaining features of the Outback. I had a price in mind, and Jerome and Chris made it happen for the price I wanted to pay. Our negotiations were seamless and reduced the stress , uncertainty and fear of buying a new vehicle considerably. I appreciated that we could come to an understanding almost immediately that did not require me to spend hours at the dealership negotiating back and forth. Due to the respectful treatment, understanding, and fair negotiating that we experienced with Jerome, I left feeling happy about the purchase. Due to past experiences with car dealers I had trepidation about having to buy a new vehicle. That was one reason I had bought a Saturn so that I did not have to go through the negotiation/haggle process and I wanted a dealership that would stand by the vehicle if I had a problem after driving it off the lot. I felt that Mastria Subaru would stand behind the vehicle, and I ended up with some extras and a maintenance plan for being a loyal Saturn customer. I had already arranged for financing, but Jerome had me apply to their credit union anyways, and they came in at a lower percentage than the financing I was going to get. I would definitely recommend Jerome, and Mastria Subaru to family and friends.
