Lindsay, Ian, and Bryan were fantastic to deal with, the experience from start to finish was straightforward, simple and easy. I cannot recommend Johnson Ford enough if you are shopping for a vehicle. I got an amazing car for a great price and they were more than fair with my trade in. Service performed was acceptable, I believe the need for more technicians may be warranted as I needed to wait a couple weeks from the time of my call in order to get an appointment, so was forced to call a different dealer nearby unfortunately they failed miserably as they told me there was no issue when there clearly was. In response to one of the below questions I feel this dealer as well as all others overcharge for the price parts.

This family dealership has a great inventory and consistently does more than I expect. Even after the sale they accommodate my needs throughout the year (inspections, tune ups, tire changes, minor dents and dings) and treat me fairly all along the way. I would recommend them without hesitation. The owners are always there and want to meet you and assist however they can.

After losing my 10 year old car in an accident (that was not my fault) three days before Christmas, I was in somewhat of a hurry to purchase a new vehicle. With the holidays, healing from the accident along with the holidays being immediately upon me, purchasing a new car was more than an inconvenience. I knew I wanted to purchase a Nissan and looked on line at many dealerships within a 100 miles. I wanted to test drive a few Nissan vehiles to determine what type of vehicle I wanted and visited local Johnson Nissan. My salesman, Bryan Beaurrgard understood that cost was important to me and he was very patient in explaining the different types of vehicles, along with letting me drive whatever I wanted. I also visited other dealerships, but ended up back at Johnson as Bryan was the most patient, helpful and attentive salesman I encountered. He came in on his day off on at least two occassions to accomodate my schedule. Without hesitation, I would recommend Johnson Nissan and, if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned car, ask for Bryan. You won't go wrong if he's on your side!

We purchased a 2010 Explorer and was a bit leery of visiting this dealership after a very unpleasant experience at another dealership. But we were incredibly surprised. The entire experience was a pleasure. From the initial contact, the pricing, quotes, and going over all of the technical details of the car - we have nothing but high marks and praise from the staff and their interactions with us. When in the market for a Ford or any other vehicle sold under the dealerships umbrella, they will now be my first (and hopefully only) stop.

A Business True to Thier Customers

From the time you enter Johnson's to the time you leave, you will be treated with dignity, equality and fairness. Nothing seems to large, nothing to small. They are willing to work with you as a customer, and give you that best deal. Additionally, the folks there will remember you as you make your rounds on car shopping. Instead of just pawning you on to the next person. I have truely enjoyed my latest involvement with this dealership and will continue to do so in the future as I continue through the years. 91 years of service shine through, and they will be around for years to come... Don't understand why, then I guess you'll just need to stop in and say hello!
