I just picked up my fourth Toyota Tacoma from Haddad's Toyota. I've always had a good relationship with this dealership and it just keeps getting better. I wanted a brand new 4WD, A/T, Extended Cab with a 4-Cylinder. I need the 4WD for the winters here in the Berkshires (I use it for work) but I also need to maintain decent gas mileage. I've had good luck with 4-Cyl, 4WD Tacomas in the past, so I was able to go online and get a pretty good sense of what was available. I still prefer to close a deal in person rather than online. Because of my past experiences with Haddad's, I felt comfortable initiating the deal on the phone. Although I had never worked with this particular salesman before I was happy with the way Pat handled my questions and concerns. I needed my Tacoma to be white in addition to other details, and Pat quickly located me a couple that would fill the bill. I eventually got free from work and had a chance to look one over and test drive it (took it for a spin over by Bousquet). I contacted my business banker at Greylock for financing. He let me know that the rate at Haddad's is the very same rate as at the bank and that Greylock would be providing the financing whether I applied at Greylock or at Haddad's.In order to keep it simple I financed it through Haddad's and an hour later I was driving off the lot in my new ride. No muss, no fuss. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional.
