Brought my older Lexus ES in for service - Browsed the new car selections while waiting. Was not looking to buy a new car.
Sales rep was courteous and answered questions . Ended up coming back and a buying new CT 200h . Miss my old Lexus, but love my new car! Everything was smooth and quick.
