My Kia has been having stalling issues since December. I have brought it to this dealership at least 6 times over the past 4 months and they claim have been trying to find the issue. However, when I brought them copies of information I researched myself about what the issue might be, and then filled out one of their surveys stating I wasn't satisfied with their service, I received a nasty email from their Service Manager. I felt that it was acceptable to be honest that I was not satisfied that after the 6th time of my car being serviced, it was still stalling. On more than one occasion when I was driving, it would stall in the middle of an intersection. This was a serious safety issue, not just me bothering the dealership with an insignificant concern. This dealership has recommended that I seek repairs elsewhere and it looks like I will now.
