Incompetent service department, horrible customer service

2nd Purchase There

Pros:

staff, selection

Cons:

not enough parking, small waiting room

I bought my ML here a couple of years ago and it was pretty painless overall. I went back recently because my lease was up and again the whole thing was pretty easy. Nice people, their facility is being updated, and the pricing was fair.

Not buying

Pros:

Couldn't find any except a lot of inventory

Cons:

Everything else. No class.

Went in to purchase an E350 4matic. Four sales people hanging around, no help. Asked for information, got none. I'll be right back, never came back. Bad attitude flourishes in this place. Very important people! Went to NH and got treated like a fellow human. Bought the car, and got a great price....
