Don't stand by their cars

If you buy a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from 495 Chrysler and it turns out to be a lemon...... Don't expect them to help you or even have one care in the world that they sold it to you. I just received my jeep back after the fourth attempt of fixing an electrical issue that causes the car not to start or shut off. I have now had to contact a lawyer to get involved because the dealership can not help with Chrysler's Lemon law policy, instead they sound very aggravated that I called them with a stupid problem like my brand new car not starting. Have had nothing but problems with the service department and overall zero care in the world that they sold me a lemon. Wouldn't it be nice for a dealership and a manufacturer to stand by there vehicles????? Of course my point is clear but if not please go somewhere else for a vehicle and really consider a different manufacturer. And further more. to 495 Chrysler; Please don't give me this reply that says "call us we would like to discuss your issue further" trust me i called and you don't want to discuss it further.

This was my 2nd experience with working with Bill Tierney and the staff at 495 Jeep/Dodge. I want to highlight that they are the "BEST" in every aspect of a car dealership. They go over and above to meet your wants and needs. They are super friendly, undoubtedly knowledgeable and extremely helpful from Sales/Finance right down to the Office Manager. I want to personally thank: Bill T., Jim Seferian, Tony G., Sean G. Shah G. and Amy for all you've done. This is what buying a new vehicle should always be like. Awesome job!!! Thanks again all. You're #1 in my book!!!!!
