Do not take your vehicle there to be serviced - New to 60,000 miles of service visits - issues every time - I've never experienced anything like this before with the vehicles I've owned - minor issues but enough to cost you time and aggravation to life threatening ones lug nuts left loose on service...

We took our 2010 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI in for its' 40,000 service. They couldn't have been nicer - we chose not to have the oil change since it had only been 5,000 miles since the last change. Had service completed on day and time I wanted. I was able to wait in clean, spacious customer waiting area. Service advisor, Sam, was courteous and thorough in explaining work performed. He also answered questions I had about my car. It was a satisfying experience and I'll be back again.
