I ordered a CXS and had to wait nine weeks. Everything was pleasant except my trade-in. My car was in perfect condition as a matter of fact they sold it for a $3,000 profit. Next time I will do a private sale rather than a trade in. In terms of sales experience I have to give them very high marks. One Saturday afternoon I went to take a look at the highly touted LaCrosse. The salesman offered me a test drive and off we went. First I drove on the highway (Route 3) and then on the backroads in around the dealership. I was thoroughly impressed by the car but I thought I was not ready to buy since my existing car was in mint condition. Furthermore, they did not have my color or specs so I that was my way out. With no pressure at all the salesman calmly mentioned that I could order one at invoice price. And to be polite I ordered one hoping to cancel the order later. But I never did because the experience was so pleasant.
