Acura is a decent vehicle

Cons:

Deceptive business practices, harassment, liars

I put a deposit down on a 2009 TSX. I was told the vehicle I wanted was not on the Framingham lot but there would be NO PROBLEM getting it.  To make a long story short, they couldn't deliver.  I requested my deposit back and was told I had to wait 10 days for the check to clear -  COMPANY POLICY....

Do not buy here, very rude, dishonest dealership

Dishonest and misleading

i looked at a 08 TL few months ago here. They gave me a rediculous price on a demo, then began to say i could get a new one for $2k more. They also low balled me on my trade. Manager i found to be [violative content deleted] and misleading. Many other area acura dealers , do not buy here.

Pros:

There are other dealerships nearby.

Cons:

Gave me a bogus low offer on the phone, did not negotiate in good faith, high-pressure tactics.

This was as bizarre as it gets...
