Horrible Service

Pros:

Close to home, free car wash with service, nice waiting area

Cons:

Unrequested service added on, alignment done incorrectly, improper diagnosis

  Have had two bad experiences with Berandi in July 2007   1st incident - 1999 4-runner, they recommended replacing drive shaft for over $1,000.00, I sad no thank you, problem was CV joint in driveshaft that needed replacement.
