Pros:: nice showroom
Cons:: Rude management especially Mark. Terrible after the sale. Overpriced service.

If you want service after the sale do NOT go to Kelly Infiniti. They are extremely rude after the sale. I went to turn in a leased M35 and was treated like an idiot. The first thing the manager Mark asked was "are you going to buy another infiniti?" when I said no the bad treatment started. Do no...
