Exceptional Service Department

I have been dealing with the service department at Curry Honda, previously Menard and Holmberg, for the past 13 years and I won't take my Accord anywhere else. All of the employees are respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. There was one time that I left my car with the instructions to replace the brake pads because I thought they had worn out. When I went to pick up the car, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the brake pads hadn't needed replacing, but rather, the brakes needed an adjustment. I was able to wait about 6-8 months before I needed to spend the money to replace them. Most dealerships would have just replaced the brake pads and I would have been none the wiser that I could have waited. Rich Conrad, the service director, goes out of his way to ensure that all customers are satisfied. He is always available to talk to customers if they have any concerns or just to touch base to see how they're enjoying their car. Rich takes the time to listen to concerns, tries to figure out what the problem might be, and then ensures that the repair is completed correctly. Jason Aller, Joe Tomaino, and Omar Gonzalez, the service advisors, are also great assets to Curry Honda. They greet customers by name, listen to and record what needs to be looked at, explain what's happening if the repairs are taking longer than expected, and come to get you from the waiting room when the service has been completed to explain exactly what was done, let you know the results of the vehicle inspection, and inform you of anything that will need to be taken care of in the near future. I am always made to feel that I am a valued customer. Timothy Robare, a fabulous mechanic, has been at Curry since before I bought my first Accord in 1997. He is adept at determining what is wrong with a car and repairing it. As a matter of fact, before I gave my daughter my 2004 Accord, I brought it into Curry to have Tim check it over from bumper to bumper because I trust him implicitly when he tells me that everything is okay or that something needs to fixed. She was taking the car to graduate school a thousand miles from home and I wanted to be sure that it had been looked at by a master mechanic. I highly recommend the service department at Curry Honda!
