Everyone at Atlantic Subaru - especially Andrew and Matthew - were extremely helpful, personable, knowledgeable and customer aware when I recently traded in my 2022 Outback for a shiny new 2024 Outback - they secured the model I wanted and had it delivered quickly in time for my long trip to my vacation destination - great job by Andrew and a good dealership to work with - off to a great start with my 2024 Outback

The atmosphere throughout the dealership is cordial and low-key. Everyone you meet —whether in sales, service, parts or finance—is a seasoned pro who will listen attentively, answer your questions honestly, and recommend the best option(s) for your particular circumstances. Moreover, they will continue to go above and beyond the call to ensure your complete satisfaction with your car for as long as you own it. If you opt for a pre-owned car, rest assured that it will be in peak condition when you drive it off the lot. Before being offered for sale, every Atlantic pre-owned undergoes a thorough inspection and full diagnostics to identify any repairs and routine service items that are needed. The service I got at this dealership was next to none. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I would highly highly recommend this dealer. I have other Subaru dealers that are much closer to my house, but drove past them to get to Atlantic Subaru best car buying experience ever!

Humoring my son

Went to Atlantic Subaru to simply humor my son. Told Jeff I wanted to see a crosstek and then I was heading to Mazda. Long story short, I test drove a 2022 Outback and did not like it so heading to Mazda. Jeff said how about trying 2023 for comparison. So I thought humor him too. Well Saturday I pickup my Wilderness. The Wilderness is really all that.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. Caleb the sales manager and Gretchen our sales person were very kind, supportive, and provided a no-pressure experience. Caleb went above and beyond to ensure I could purchase this car with the "various hurdles I had to jump through." I truly appreciate both their attention to detail and relaxed car buying atmosphere. This is the third care I have purchased from them. This one was with my daughter. Understand this dealership provides excellent customer service in all facets of the dealership including service. I will continue to buy my cars from this dealership.

I bought a Forester last week from this dealer and it ran and looked awesome. Not one week has passed since I bought the vehicle, and since it has snowed a bit around the streets had salt and the car got dirty. No problem just take it to the car wash and SURPRISE! after the car got out of the wash there they were scratches all over the car that were perfectly concealed by the dealer. Fool me once shame on you, I would not recommend this place to anyone after this. Now I am stuck with a very nice bill for a car that is not worth half of what I will pay. I will be calling soon the dealership, but I am pretty sure they will do absolutely nothing. I guess that beside the bill I will have to save for a paint job... Thanks Atlantic Subaru...

Bought a 2015 CPO Forester at Atlantic Subaru on 8/19/17 and the entire experience was off the charts. Emma, the sales person I dealt with was amazing, as was Jack, Rick and Tony. Do yourself a favor and take the drive to Bourne, MA for your Subaru needs.

Promised a very low price on a Forester in response to an internet query. When I went in, the price was nowhere near what was promised. They tried to tell me that they had to make money on the car. Yes, but then don't lie to me to get me into the dealership. I got a much lower price elsewhere.

A classic bait and switch

It was my own fault but I was promised a much more favorable price during negotiations but when the time came to sign the sales agreement several thousand was added on. I questioned the increase but this was explained away without calling in the salesman who still hasn't produced our working document. I was feeling under pressure to finish the paperwork and decided to go along and straightened it out later. I did speak with the business owner who tried to dazzle me with glib responses and divert the conversation. In the end I was forced to [non-permissible content removed]. I would not recommend this company.

I realize that people are more inspired to spend the time to spread the word about a complaint, and also, that when there are problems, one person's complaint doesn't always sufficiently explain the circumstances. That's why I'm taking the time to make sure that Atlantic Subaru is recognized and given positive accolades when due. I'm writing a great review for Atlantic Subaru for the following: I just bought my third car in the past five years, and all three times was with Atlantic Subaru. Levon's first question to me is usually: have you been take care of? and the answer is yes. Levon advises his team to take good care of his customers and I am vouching for the fact that they have. I spend a lot of time in my car, and for that reason, I've purchased three cars at Atlantic Subaru, and each purchase was a good experience, and each experience was better and better. My most recent experience was excellent, thanks to the attention and sales experience of both Gegam and Sam. In fact, Sam is probably the best car salesman I've ever met. They listened, delivered, and my experience was exceptional.The process was fairly fast and very pleasant, Louise handled my financing needs efficiently and I am a very happy customer. Also, I return to the service department for regular maintenance and the experience there has been excellent as well, so when the next service is due, I plan to be at Atlantic Subaru. Overall, I would rate the experience I have had with Subaru for the past five years as very good and I plan on continuing to let everyone know that I highly recommend Subaru. L. Taylor, Bourne, Ma.

Another car story

I saw a car at Atlantic Subaru online so I figured that I would check it out. I did not make an appointment, just stopped in to look at a car that I saw online. When I got there, I was greeted by a sales person, and he pulled the car up for me to drive. We drove the car up and down the highway and it seemed to be nice. Then he started to show me all of the options and features that the car had. Wow, who knew a Subaru dealership would have such knowledgeable sales people in cars other then Subaru. I was impressed. Then, I went inside to do the dreaded "back and forth" like everyone does at dealerships. But the sales person just came over, we spoke like normal people and he asked me "What do we have to do to earn your business today?" WOW, holy straight forward. So I told him what I would pay, he went to the manager, came back and told me that he could get within $500 of my offer, (as I did offer a low number just to see if it really could be this easy) I accepted and that was it! This was the easiest purchase I have ever made. Thank you Atlantic Subaru and I will be back for my next car.
