How do you thank something like a car dealership, especially one that went beyond the call of duty on your behalf? My wife’s 2009 Mini blew three values over a 19 month period and since it was no longer on warranty, we were faced with significant repair bills. The Herb Chambers Mini of Boston Sales, Service and Management teams worked on our behalf with Mini Corporate so we never saw those bills. Finally, after the third valve blew, the Herb Chambers people put a deal together to get my wife a brand new 2013 Mini paying less per month than we were paying before. I don’t think “thank you” is adequate enough for all they did…Joe M.
