Pros:
The service room has coffee and nice chairs.
Cons:
Dishonest; makes you wait long; very aggressive

1. I was insulted by the offer of $100 for my very low mileage 95 Geo Prizm.

2. I had to wait 20 minutes to have the sales person ask me questions about the life history of my Geo Prizm before the insulting offer.

3. I asked for a price quote via e-mail and never received an answer.
