onBought a '07 Pontiac Solstice GXP in Aug of '10. Salesman and manager said it was loaded
with everything including Onstar. Signed papers on a Sat. and came back on Mon. to finalize, they asked for my paperwork back and had me sign new one for reason I forget. New one didn't have Onstar listed as option, which was written on the first one. I didn't want to pay monthly for Onstar, so didn't know I didn't have it till coworker with a solstice told me I didn't have Onstar because no buttons on rearview mirror. Dealership had VIN number wrong on paperwork, Geico caught that!! I have a $70 code reader and it does VIN numbers (bought because of this car and my others). Typical price pressure sales of all salespeople, auto or otherwise. Wouldn't say they were bad people, but not the best either. Check your Edmunds pricing on your trade-in and purchases and be prepared to walk away if you don't get your price, they'll call you back. This applies to any car dealer/ car purchase.
