Sarat Ford Lincoln

To begin, we showed up at Sarat on a snow day as they were getting ready to close due to the weather. We were treated very well, made plans to come back in a couple of days while the salesman tracked down potential cars. Meanwhile, we changed our minds about what we wanted to buy, and it was not a problem. We knew what we wanted and where it was located, they were able to get the car for us. We said we wanted to pick it up the last week in February, then on 2/10 our plans changed and we asked to have it ready for 2/14 and again, it was taken in stride. on the 14th, I arrived and the car was ready, the paperwork was in order, and I received a tutorial on how to manage the electronics in my car. To date, everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, professional and easy to work with!
