Pros:

Generous on the trade-in.

Cons:

Still no owner's manual, Lots of "We'll look into it and let you know." Too many offices

This place has a LOT of offices!  Chances are, when you go in to do business after you make your purchase, you're going to do some walking.  They did do great with our trade-in!  I checked the trade-in value on my Silverado and Waldorf Dodge appraised it at a couple thousand more!  I'd like to me...

warranty

Pros:

sales manager was nice and I got a good price

Cons:

do homework on tradeins and stay away from service dept I payed for ext warranty got free loaner

The first 2 times that I had my van towed to the service dept they were  pleasant. The problem was never resolved tho. The next 2 times, total of 4, having my van towed, they still didn't fix the problem. The problem was the van would not start. And the last time, the service dept man at the desk...

Fix It Elsewhere

After hours vehicle drop-off, timely phone call when work was done,

Trying to make a buck,
