In August of 2007I purchased my 6th new Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner (formerly HBL). They make it easy, friendly staff, fair pricing and an excellent service department.  I won't go anywhere else.

i recently bought a new C350 4matic at MB of Tysons and the Sales Manager, Wagner, was the nicest car sales person i have ever dealt with. I did have a small problem with one of the keys the day after i bought it and they replaced my key without the usual hassle you get from car dealers over not...

Worst Dealer Ever

Cons:

Bad work quality, un-friendly.

Charged me for a serivce not performed.  Got low oil indicator only after 2K when oil  was supposed to last 13K.

I took my 2005 M-class in for a window that wouldnt work . I expected that they would call me and say the motor needed replacing for $500 since the warranty had just expired by miles. I was shocked that they covered it under warranty even with out me contesting any charge. I ended up getting...
