Pros:: Great hours, shuttle to metro, and they wash your car if they rip you off for enough money.
Cons:: Complete lack of integrity.

Took my car (97 Avalon 87K miles) in December for intermittent rough idling at stops/lights and the check engine light came on. They read the code and replaced the O2 sensor. 300 dollars 3 months later, problem returns. They return my car untouched saying that they cannot duplicate the interm...
