No parts on site. They "lost" my car

Bought Q7 from dealer in August '07.  Had to have two significant repairs.  Sunroof drain track defective so entire unit needed replacement.  Airconditioning went out completely.  For both repairs, "part had to be ordered from Germany."  First repair took two weeks.  Second repair...well it will ...
