My new Jag needed service three times to correct the same issue. It was obvious to me that they didn't even check to make sure the work had been done properly before giving it back to me. Each of these visits required me to leave the vehicle overnight. It was clear from the first appointment that I was somehow bothering them. I felt odd interrupting the receptionist women as they gossiped about their weekend activities when I wanted to check in. When I asked my service adviser about why it takes multiple visits to fix the same problem he told me that my XF was a new model (like I didn't know) and they didn't have much experience fixing them. I got the feeling that it's not my place to ask about what is wrong with my car. I probably wouldn't understand. The service area itself is something I would expect from a Kia dealership, not a Jaguar dealership. The waiting area is a little room off in the corner with a tiny tv mounted high in the air. It reminded me of the DMV. I have since decided to go to another local dealer for service and it's an entirely different experience.
