Poor Sales Experience

Pros:

I got a good deal

Cons:

Finance rep, time it took to purchase, language barrier

I bought a 2007 Toyota RAV4 from here and the sales portion of it took almost 6 hours. The finance rep kept messing up the paperwork. At times I could not understand what the finance rep was saying.
