They assured me they had the parts for the recall, when I picked up the car they claimed they had to order one of the parts. Three employees in the parts department couldn't tell me what the part was for. They failed to do additional work I had asked for, and told me I needed work my mechanic later said I didn't need, and morevover, the work 355 Toyota wanted to perform was potentially destructive according to the owner's manual. They wanted $62 to replace the wiper blades, a five-minute procedure my mechanic performed for $30. In short, my experience with 355 Toyota motivated me to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Montgomery County Department of Consumer Affairs.
