Sales staff was friendly.

Cons:

Management doesn't own up to their employee's mistakes. Once they have your money, too bad for you!

No pressure buying

Cons:

Have to research car prices on edmunds, VW and AntwerpenVW sites

Have to bargain to avoid paying for unnecessary options and packages.

Antwerpen is a no-pressure buying dealership

Cons:

You have to do your finance research online at [violative content deleted] or could end up with an unreasonable APR

Was initially offered only the 6.95%APR for 60 months or 7.95% for 72 months. I had to inquire about " the VW Financing specials that I saw on the internet for 24 or 36 months" and was then offered 3.9% for 36 months which I accepted.
