Len Stoler Lexus

What I like about Len Stoler was Gemma, the Internet/BDC Manager. I had planned to buy my new Lexus at Sheehy in Annapolis about three miles from my house but Gemma really sold me on making the trek to Len Stoler. Originally, I was put in contact with her through the USAA car buying service. Through Gemma's helpful and timely email correspondence I developed rapport and trust with her. Not only did Gemma answer my questions, but she provided helpful information about aspects of the car and process that I didn't think to ask. I finally made the drive around the Baltimore beltway (in the rain on a Friday) to check out the GS350 she had emailed me about. One of the things Gemma did, was adequately describe the color of the Deep Sea Mica paint color. I trusted her expertise on this. Honestly, if it wasn't for Gemma, I would have never gone to Len Stoler. She was a breath of fresh from all of the other Lexus and Infiniti Sales Personnel I encountered during my long car search.
