Overall, I would rate my experience at Len Stoler good to very good. There was some confusion at the beginning of the transaction regarding some pricing and delivery terms but ultimately, all terms were worked out. In addition, after picking up the vehicle the dealership left me a message indicating that I was entitled to a discount on the lease payment because of a prior Audi we owned and he asked me to stop by to re-execute the lease reflecting the lower payment. However, the next day I received another message telling me he made a mistake and the discount was not available. On another occasion (less than 1 day after I signed the lease), I was asked to return to the dealer because the printer did not work right and not all of the terms were "lined up" properly on the lease agreement. After running back into the dealership and signing a 2nd version (which I had to do in blank since the printer had not yet been fixed), I was advised that a new version would be mailed; however, I had to call a few days later to remind them of this and I eventually received the right lease document. Andrew was my salesperson and he was very helpful throughout this process. He really tried to make it a pain free experience and as stated above, it generally was. Andrew was professional and expressed his thanks for the purchase on multiple occasions. He was also responsive to our questions and calls. He is clearly an asset to this dealership.
