I had a 2009 Subaru WRX Sedan with 118,000 miles on and 2 more years worth of car payments left. I also had just received a promotion at work that would add extra drive time on my commute. Looking at the required maintenance on my current vehicle, and realizing what it takes to maintain a performance car, I knew I had to look at getting a more practical vehicle that would support my new lifestyle. I did my research, knew what I owed, what the value of my current vehicle was, and what I was looking for. I wanted a new black Subaru Outback 2.5i with a 6 speed manual transmission and started looking on-line at the dealerships in my area. I was shocked to find that my potential new car was at Heratige Subaru and quickly asked for an on-line quote. Literally minutes later, I received and email from Heratige's facilitator, Greg F., that he would call me as soon as he had access to a computer. I was limited on time and getting ready to leave for work and after soft responses to my inquiries from other dealerships in the area, I didn't think much of it. Per his word, I got the call from Greg immediately~ no need for an on-line quote! I felt as though he listened to my needs, knew that I was a returning Subaru customer and was candid and prompt in scheduling an appointment with me to come in that worked for my schedule. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was impressed with their inventory. I had scoured other dealer's selection and didn't feel they had enough of what I might be interested in. I was greeted by Greg who quickly introduced me to quite possibly the sweetest and most respectful sales person I've ever had~ Bob F. Bob was calm and no pressure. He took my information, listened to my needs, and already had everything lined up for me to test-drive the car. After driving WRXs for 7 years, I knew I wanted to see how I would handle a different driving experience. He gave me ample time to drive the vehicle and took me on various terrain so I could see how it responded differently. I laughed when he joked that I was driving cautiously for his sake! I truly appreciated him letting me explore the handling and bigger body style, knowing that I've been in a WRX for so many years. I was sold! Bob never once tried to upgrade me or change my mind on anything. He treated me with the utmost respect in knowing that I was a returning Subaru customer, knew the brand, and that this Outback was what I wanted. He made my buying process seamless, easy, and absolutely stress-free. I was then turned over to the Finance/Business Manager for information about MileOne programs that may suit my needs. I regret that I don't have this gentleman's name to share, but he was fantastic. He took his time in explaining the various programs, how they would effect my monthly payments, what I was looking for in coverage based on my past maintenance experience, etc. Again, I never felt pressured to sign up for anything I didn't want or to over extend myself financially. I ended up with a plan that suited my needs, an amazing finance rate, a fair trade-in value on my current vehicle, and an incredible deal on my new car. I work in the customer service industry and my expectations are extremely high based on the level of service that I strive for in my day to day business so I expect nothing but the best in my personal dealings. The Heratige Subaru team delivered on every front! I am a Subaru owner for life~ that's a given, but the quality of service I received, the absolute respect I got as a returning customer, the amazing inventory, and the overall buying experience at Heratige Subaru will always be a landmark for me in excellence.
