what a horrible experience

First, I would like to state that the first commuications with this company was with Frances a nice and professional sales associate. He got back to us with questions we had via the internet. We bought the same vehicle (2004 Nissan Xterra) from him the same week. After the sale of the vehicle the costumer service dropped dramatically. We had a girl named Anna call us with little to no knowledge of what she was trying to talk about. The problem with that is she thought she did know what she was speaking to us about. After calling us on Thursday night I asked her a question she could not answer nicely she stated she would call us back. Anna then called us on Friday late afternoon and again started talking about Pennsylvania law like she knew it and again she was wrong. She stated she would call us latest on Tuesday. Wednesday I called and spoke with her supervisor and it was stated that her employee had the paper work done on her desk since Friday. That was extremely difficult to hear as we were waiting for that to come in the mail to get our vehicle tagged and titled. We had also made plans with taking off work early to get this done. We were also promised, in the contract, our vehicle would come with a set of keys. When we asked about the second key we were told that we must go and buy the key from somewhere else and they would then reimburse us once they have a reciept. The last thing so far, we had to deal with was when our vehicle's had a head gasket blow which was a week or so after the title paper work was over nighted to us. My husband called as the vehicle was and is still under the warranty. They provided him with a Ford Focus that smelled of smoke and coffee not to mention the dirt, coffee stains and cigarette ashes all over. After a week of waiting the vehicle still is in the shop we have heard lies from their service department, if anything at all. I called Century to ask how things were going because we hadn't heard and I was talked to as if I were a child. The service gentleman stated "I spoke with your husband and told him that we wouldn't hear anything for another few days." This after he told my husband that our vehicle would be ready at the end of the week and I was calling on Thursday. Our vehicle had been shipped to another dealership in the area as they would not familiar with the model. We stopped by the dealership the Xterra was sent to and all our questions were answered. That dealership had provided more answers than our OWN dealership (CENTURY). This dealership has provided us with the worse possible service you could imagine.
