It is my firm opinion that Mr. Carl Parker, Lease Turn-in Official, does not care about his customers, because he does not care about his job. I just had a talk with Mr. Parker who refuses to give me a manager who will allow a simple turn-in of an end-of-lease vehicle. I am only allowed to beleive that he (Mr. Parker) is the one that speaks for the Passport organization as a whole, and his words are the words of Passport Automotive. If this is the case and as he stated "take your lease turn-in somewhere else" then I may as well take the business I was going to give to Passport BMW elsewhere too. What Mr. Parker does not realize is the overall effect his actions will have on everyone in the Passport Automotive Group. The only solution I would suggest is, I talk to someone with consumer service skills and Mr. Parker be allowed to finish his day at his cubicle making no contact with one of Passport's longest consumers. Just research how many vehicles I have leased with the Passport Automotive Group.
