They overcharge just to look at your car. Two hours labor at $99/hr to diagnose the problem I went to them with. They didn't tell me anything I didn't know. Another hour to hook up the OBD and tell me a sensor was bad. When I declined the service, they tried to charge me an additional $50 restocking fee to send the unit back. When I called the parts company, they said they did not charge a restocking fee for that item. The attitude of the service rep was confrontational. It ended up costing me $213 to get my car back without getting anything fixed. [violative content deleted] STAY AWAY FORM THIS DEALERSHIP.
