I agree, poor customer service coupled with sales gimmicks: by onthego3 on 07-23-08 (05:35PM)

Pros:: None except got to test drive the Acura (after too much talking by the salesman)
Cons:: See above, made me walk the lot looking for cars when they could have checked the PC inventory
