I was there several times for service and had to wait a couple of hours each time, but I didn't expect to wait almost 2 hours for a routine oil change... and I had an appointment!  During the whole time I waited in their new waiting room, I only saw one other customer come in.  I asked several ti...

Expensive routine service

Pros:
Easy to get an appointment. Open until 7 pm for pickup.
Cons:
Too Expensive for routine work; 3rd party for minor bodywork

First service for car purchased there was free (5K). At 10K, I was charged over $180 for a synthetic oil/filter change and tire rotation.
