Leasing of 2016 Ford Fiesta

by Nankids on 05/31/2016

My salesman was very nice and personable. I did feel like I was mislead to some degree. We exchanged emails and discussed details, however, I would have appreciated more detail about the transaction before going to the dealership. It has been my experience that this is how most dealerships work, but that doesn't mean its the correct or fair way to do business.

I had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Brightwell. I wish all my car buying experiences were like this. Mr. Brightwell is truly an asset to Preston Ford.

hassle free

by DeanePitmon on 04/14/2015

Les Shirey is the best. I told him what I needed/wanted and he found us the perfect truck. We decided to add a couple of dealer options which they came and picked up the truck from my house and installed them and had the truck back that afternoon. Who does that? They definitely understand the value of their customers time and make it a quick and painless experience.

Awesome experience!

by Marley3285 on 11/29/2014

I have bought cars from Preston Ford (Carrie) for over 10 years. They are great to deal with. I had something in mind. Got there and Carrie had it ready. Drove it home to show the hubby and 2 hours later I was back in my driveway with my new Edge! I highly recommend going here (even if you have to drive long distance). They will get you where you need to be!

Fiesta

by lcbrown on 06/14/2014

Today I came in to look at trading my 2004 Hyundai Elantra. I met my saleman, Richard K, he was very helpful in finding the right vehicle. He throughly explained the advantages of purchasing a CPO unit vs a regular preowned vehicle. He also made my husband who is currently in Ohio feel very comfortable as we have had bad experiences in the past with used vehicles. Thank you for making my buying experience very positive.

Deployed Military meets Dealer that doesn't honor prices or company policy!

by dave0812 on 05/30/2014

***DISHONEST, SHADY, AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE*** BUYERS BEWARE Yesterday on the 27th of May I was looking at a nice Ford F-150 on Preston Ford’s website which was listed at $41,600. I called the sales rep named Brian who agreed to honor the original price and work out a deal for a trade in. I complied and sent "Brian" the requested information and was suppose to receive a call today to finalize the deal. While I waited for the overdue call I looked at the website and the truck post was taken down and reposted at 69k. After several attempts I got a hold of "Brian" who was allegedly out of the office on an emergency, and was told I'd get another phantom call back. Several more attempts the operator told me he was there all day. Several more attempts and reps later I spoke with "Hunter", a female the sales manager, who stated the lowest they could go is $61,995. Now their website whose disclaimer says all deals are good for two days and prices may change. This was acknowledged by "Hunter", but I was told that was true, but they could not honor that price. They didn’t even have the common decency to tell me they made a mistake until repeated attempts to call them. So, after over ten calls on my end, repeatedly being lied to about getting a call back, more lies about workers being gone for emergencies, more broken promises and just a complete lack of honesty, integrity, and respect for customers. While I’m pissed off I didn’t get the truck at that deal advertized and agreed upon, imagine the customer service on the probably lemons a place with this kind of customer service would produce. A similar situation happened on EBay with Preston Ford previously where they had a truck listed at a price and once I inquired through EBay they did not respond to my offer and the price of the vehicle changed to a significantly higher price. This appears to be a classic bait and switch technique that is very unethical to "get you in the door" and then take advantage of you. I would strongly recommend going to Chevy/GMC where they honor their commitments and don't try to take advantage of people. After just returning from a 9 month deployment to the Persian Gulf, I just wanted to be treated fairly and get a nice, new vehicle to enjoy. Not a military friendly company and as stated previously, they have no HONOR, COURAGE, or COMMITMENT to do what they say. I hold these values very high in my life and try to live everyday that way and all I expect in return are people and companies that act in the same manner. Unless you want to deal with the [non-permissible content removed] capitals of sales, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. BUYERS BEWARE!! Beware of warranties and after sale

by eman21 on 12/20/2013

Beware of their "Lifetime Engine Repair Agreement"... they pushed that as a selling point for me and later when I read all the fine print I found it states it will not cover a "vehicle more than 6 calendar years old", which this one is. They should not have used it as a selling point then!! A lot of other vehicles are also not covered as well as any with 100,000 miles on them. I emailed about this and the salesperson simply replied "you should be covered", which does not legally alter the contract. A few days later I found that the CD player did not work and emailed asking if they would fix it or not. After several emails to the salesperson who kept saying he would get back to me, no reply either way. Who carries a CD when they go to test drive a vehicle? had I known this at the outset they would have either fixed it or I would not have bought it. Terrible customer service after the sale!
