At 20K miles I had to replace my brakes on my 2008 Accord. At 39K I asked for another brake check. I was told by service they were fine. At 43K yesterday I was informed my rear brakes needed to be replaced again as well as my rotors replaced. Browns referred me to Honda which referred me to a class action law suit settlement. I can get up to $150 back. Problem is between the 2 repairs I am out over $1,200 and quite a bit of that is in labor. They took 30K of my money for an Accord and will not stand by the product. They didn't offer any type of discount on the labor which is the least they could have done. I will never buy another car from Browns. They are quick to point the finger at Honda and Honda is quick to point the finger at the settlement and in the meantime I'm out a lot of money with Browns not stepping up to the plate.
